  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.lovelifeunited.com, booking a coaching session, joining our community, or purchasing any product or program offered by Love Life United (operated by MaruĹ› Wegrzyn, ABN:72 684 398 794, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all website visitors, clients, community members, and event participants. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting to our website.

 

  1. Services Offered

2.1 Coaching Services

Love Life United offers the following services:

1:1 Mindset and Wellbeing Consulting (via Zoom)

Relationship, Intimacy & Emotional Intelligence Coaching

Couples Coaching

Reclaim Your Story — narrative-based personal development work

Group Sessions and Immersive Programs

Ongoing Support (audio/video coaching)

Tough Love Sessions

Corporate and team coaching engagements

Cuddle Party Australia™ facilitation and events

 

2.2 Nature of Coaching

Coaching provided by Love Life United and MaruĹ› Wegrzyn is a professional development and personal growth service. It is distinctly different from and is NOT a substitute for:

Psychological therapy or counselling

Psychiatric treatment or diagnosis

Medical advice or treatment

Crisis intervention services

MaruĹ› Wegrzyn is not a registered psychologist, psychiatrist, or clinical mental health practitioner. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14, Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636, or your healthcare provider immediately.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this distinction.

 

  1. Bookings and Scheduling

All coaching sessions are booked via Calendly (calendly.com/wecare-lovelifeunited). By booking a session, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete contact information

Attend sessions at the agreed time

Notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend

Sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise agreed. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private, comfortable space for your session.

 

  1. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellations by Client

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session: full credit or rescheduling at no charge

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of a session: 50% of the session fee is forfeited

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: full session fee is forfeited

4.2 Cancellations by Love Life United

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer you a full rescheduling or refund of any prepaid amount.

 

4.3 Refunds on Programs and Packages

For multi-session packages or programs:

Refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

Change-of-mind refunds are not available once a program has commenced

If a program is cancelled by Love Life United prior to commencement, a full refund will be provided

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

 

  1. Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is required prior to or at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout (which may include credit/debit card via Stripe, and other payment processors). By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount.

Invoices and receipts will be issued electronically. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 14 days at [email protected].

 

  1. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from our services and to ensure a safe environment for all, clients agree to:

Engage honestly and in good faith

Take responsibility for their own choices, actions, and outcomes

Respect the boundaries and confidentiality of other participants in group settings

Not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Inform MaruĹ› Wegrzyn of any relevant health conditions or circumstances that may affect your participation

Not record sessions without prior written consent

Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend significantly on your commitment, openness, and willingness to engage with the process.

 

  1. Community Standards

Love Life United is a heart-centred movement founded on respect, safety, and authentic connection. All community members, event participants, and program participants agree to:

Treat all participants with dignity, kindness, and respect

Maintain the confidentiality of others — what is shared in group spaces stays in group spaces

Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or harmful behaviour

Honour consent in all interactions, particularly in embodied or touch-based events such as Cuddle Party Australia™

Follow facilitator instructions and community guidelines at all events

Love Life United reserves the right to remove any participant from a session, event, or community platform who violates these standards, without refund.

 

  1. Cuddle Party Australia™ Specific Terms

Cuddle Party Australia™ events are consent-based, non-sexual touch events facilitated by Maruś Wegrzyn. By attending a Cuddle Party Australia™ event, you additionally agree to:

Participate only on a fully voluntary and sober basis

Respect and honour all boundaries — yours and others'

Follow the rules of engagement presented at the start of every event

Understand that attendance does not guarantee any particular experience or outcome

Not attend if you are experiencing a contagious illness

Cuddle Party Australia™ is a registered trademark of Maruś Wegrzyn / Love Life United. Unauthorised use of this name or format is prohibited.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on www.lovelifeunited.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, program materials, frameworks, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of MaruĹ› Wegrzyn / Love Life United, including:

The Love Cups Method™

The LoveLife Formula™

Cuddle Party Australia™

All course content, workbooks, videos, and written materials

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Love Life United and MaruĹ› Wegrzyn will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of our services

Decisions made by clients based on coaching conversations

Any outcomes or results (or lack thereof) from coaching engagements

Technical issues affecting online session delivery beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

 

  1. Disclaimer

While we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and experiences, we make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Personal growth, relationship improvement, and emotional wellbeing are influenced by many factors, and results will vary between individuals.

Any testimonials or case studies shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for others.

 

  1. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.lovelifeunited.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described therein.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any concerns informally before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
