I’m a coach, speaker, and creator with a passion for helping people build stronger, healthier connections. For more than 20 years I’ve worked with people around the world, supporting them to deepen intimacy, strengthen relationships, and live more inspired, connected lives.
I developed the Love Cups Method™ to recognise each person’s unique way of giving and receiving love. Through it, I guide people to uncover their own LoveLife Formula - a personalised approach to creating more fulfilling relationships.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when we feel connected- to ourselves and to others - we flourish.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
Disconnection in this ever expanding digital world is an epidemic. It hides behind busy lives, broken trust, and silent suffering.
I know this pain because I’ve lived it. And I know healing is possible because I have re-membered myself, collected all the fragmented pieces after sexual trauma and become whole again. I have walked the path home.
Love Life United was born from lived experience, not theory. Every tool, every conversation, every program is grounded in hard-earned truth. This is more than a brand - it’s a movement of healing, hope, and reconnection for generations to come.
